摘    要:以过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过种子微乳液聚合的方法研究了阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂在形成涂料或胶粘剂用乳液中的功能。研究发现阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂在微乳液聚合中是高效的乳化剂,可以提供典型的粒径控制及良好的乳液稳定性,只需1%左右就可以得到固含量45%左右的透明纳米级聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并维持平均粒径在31nm左右。

Abstract:Function of Gemini emulsifiers as anionic emulsifier in emulsion for coatings and adhesives is described by the process of seeded micro-emulsion polymerization initiated by the initiator ammonium persulfate(APS).It was found that Gemini emulsifiers are very effective in micro-emulsion polymerization,providing typical colloid particle size control,and excellent stability of the emulsion.With only about 1% content,high solid-content(about 40%)and small particle diameters(about 31nm)transparent copolymer latexes were obtained.
