花粉奶粉的研制及营养评价

摘    要:本文对花粉奶粉配方设计的理论依据及原则进行了论述,对花粉奶粉营养进行分析和评价。並作了动物毒性试验和营养效价试验,其结果表明,花粉奶粉安全无毒,营养价值高于普通加糖奶粉。

Abstract:The theory foundation for component design of pollen milk powder is discussed. The analysis and nutritions evaluation are made meanwhile. It is proved that the nutritious effect of pollen milk powder is greater than commen sweet milk powder and the pollen milk powder is nontoxic by feeding animal and nutritious offect tests.
