| Abstract: | An HPLC(LC 4A with SIL 2AS autosampler) automatic analysis program is compiled on C R2A chromatographic data processor. The program can set analysis conditions for every sample. When analysis of each sample is completed, the program can calculate the mean value and coefficient of variation for each peak area (or peak height). When analysis of all standard sample is completed, the linear fitting calculation can be performed, and for unknown sample the concentration can be evaluated based on the peak area(or peak height) with the fitting equations. |
