| 摘 要： | 将传统的“先用水，后付费”方式变为“先付费，后用水”，有效地解决了收费问题。给出了采用EM78系列单片机进行设计的具体硬件电路原理图以及软件的详细设计流程。

| Abstract: | We introduce the background of advance payment intelligence water meter and its design thought. The conventional idea, i.e., first use water and pay later, has been changed to first pay and use water later. The paper expounds its work principle in detail and describes characteristics and functions of each part. It provides the hardware architecture of applying EM78 series MCU and the software design flow chart. |
