剖析美国对塔利班政策的实质

1994年塔利班作为一支武装力量开始登上阿富汗的政治舞台,之后执掌政权5年左右,最后被推翻.在塔利班兴衰的过程中,美国对其政策起到了至关重要的作用.在"中亚战略"的政治利益和经济利益的驱使下,美国选择了塔利班.在美国本土遭受到恐怖分子袭击,其利益受到严重损失时,美国抛弃了塔利班,并最终推翻了塔利班.不难看出,对塔利班政策的实质就是至高无上的美国利益.

Analysis on the Essence of American policy to Taliban

Taliban,as an armed force,rose to the political arena of Afghan in 1994.After wielding the political power for 5 years,it was overthrown.During the process of its prosperity and decline,U.S.played the vital role.Under the acceleration of the politic and economic benefits,U.S.supported Taliban first,when the interest of America was threaten by terrorist,U.S.implements the policy of attacking it.Finally,Taliban was overthrown.It's not difficult to understand that U.S.transforms its Taliban's policy because of its interest in essence.
