基于最大最小的切削力模糊预报研究

摘    要:在简析切削过程特征和普通回归法基础上,利用实测切削力的最大和最小值。运用模糊理论建立了切削力模糊预报模型,并借助Matlab语言实现了切削力的预报。研究表明,所建模型能有效地预报切削力,且建模方法可方便地推广到其他切削特征量的模糊预报,为切削力等切削特征量的估计提供了新的参考。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of cutting process and conventional regression method , this paper constructs the fuzzy prediction model for cutting force by using the fuzzy theory and the measured maximum and minimum of the force, and implements the fuzzy prediction of the force with the aid of the language MATLAB. The results show that the built model can validly predict the force, and that the modelling method may be extended to fuzzy prediction for other cutting performances conveniently. The modelling principle provides new reference for estimation of the force and others.
