基于SolidWorks和GearTrax的蜗轮蜗杆三维建模及运动仿真

摘    要:运用SolidWorks和GearTrax软件构建蜗轮蜗杆机构简化模型,按照机构的结构几何尺寸,进行虚拟装配。直接在运动仿真模块Cosmosmotion中通过设定原动件运动参数进行运动仿真,并检查零件之间的干涉、分析运动状态。结果表明,利用SotidWorks和GearTrax软件可以对蜗杆机构实现三维实体快速建模,其运动特性与理论分析结果一致,验证了机构设计的合理性。

Abstract:The software of SolidWorks and GearTrax were used to model a simplified Worm Wheel-worm,and the virtual assembly was accomplished according to geometry size.The intervene of the component parts was checked,the movement state was analyzed by simulating Worm Wheel-worm based on Cosmosmotion.It is proved that the method that set up a 3D model of Worm Wheel-worm by using the software of SolidWorks and GearTrax can enhance the work efficiency,the reasonable of the mechanism design was verified that motion characteristics were consistent with the theoretical analysis.
