一种新颖微型液晶显示器背光设计技术

摘    要:针对目前机载头盔显示系统中的微型液晶显示器背光模组亮度和均匀性不足问题,提出了一种新颖的微型液晶显示器背光结构及设计理论,并通过CODEV软件设计了背光光学系统,利用LIGHTTOOLS软件对背光模组进行了配光效果仿真,结果证明当采用85lm绿色LUXEONRebel LEDS作光源时,其输出光亮度接近160 000cd/m2,均匀性大于85%,功耗仅有1.25 W,完全满足了机载头盔显示系统的要求.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the current micro LCD brightness can not meet the brightness requirements of airborne helmet mounted displgy, a novel backlighting structure form and design principle were proposed, and the optical system was designed using the CODEV software. The light distribution effect of the backlight module was simulated using the LIGHTOOLS software. The results show that, when taking 85 lm green LUXEON Rebel LEDS as the light source, its output brightness is close to 160 000 cd/m2, uniformity is greater than 85%, and power consumption is only 1.25 W, which meets the requirements of the airborne helmet mounted display.
