| Abstract: | By use of conformation dynamies of macromolecules the speed of pro-tein folding is deduced which changes from milisecond to hours depending on the molecular parameters, The relation of transition rate on rotational inertia in con-formational change is analysed in detail which gives a simple model of wrong fold-ing and the molecular mechanism of chalJerones. |
