过冷水法冰浆制取的实验设计与分析

摘    要:动态冰蓄冷技术是目前蓄能技术重要的研究方向之一,其中冰浆制取方式是研究的关键课题。冰浆具有良好的流动性,大的相变潜热和快速的释冷特性,是常规载冷剂的潜在替代物。该文给出了过冷水法冰浆制取的实验装置,采用纯净水和自来水为试样,在不同的条件下进行了对比实验,并分析了管内冻结情况。

Abstract:Nowadays,dynamic ice thermal storage technology is one of the important research directions in energy storage technology,and the way how to realize dynamic ice-making is the key issue.Ice slurry is the potential substitute of conventional coolant,and is equipped with good fluidity,huge latent heat and the ability of fast releasing the cold energy.In this article we offer an ice slurry generator through supercooled water methods.Using pure water and tap water,we do some comparative experiments under different conditions and analyze the freezing situations in supercooling pipe.
