差动调速连轧机调速系统的研制

摘    要:双机联合拖动差动调速连轧机调速系统,是一种电气和机械方法并用的新型调速系统。它既发挥了交流电动机机械特性硬之优点,又吸取了直流电动机调速方便灵活之精华。本文以差动调速连轧机调速系统的设计和近两年成功的生产运行为依据,介绍了差动调速连轧机调速系统的原理,提出了既切实可行又经济实惠的设计方案,讨论了避免非正常工作状态的措施。

Abstract:Continuous Mills Dual Motor Differential Drive (DMDD) Speed Control System is a newly developed em,in which both electric and mechanic methods are used.DMDD contains AC motor's advantage of hard speed rque characteristic and DC motor's advantage of convenient speed adjustment. This article is based on an electric design for DMDD speed control system and its nearly two years sucessful productive operation.General principle of DMDD is illuminated,a feasible and economic scheme is put forward, some effective steps to avoaid abnormal states are discussed.
