| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,人们思想意识的变化,一些夫妻利用法律赋予的离婚自由权,通过假离婚来逃避法律的制裁,达到自身的非法目的,笔者通过分析社会上假离婚现象产生的原因,提出了建立离婚案件事前查询制度、协议离婚的财产追偿制度、加大离婚案件的审查力度等不同措施来减少假离婚对社会造成的危害。
