| Abstract: | Crosslinkable and pH-sensitive amphiphilic block copolymers are promising candidates to establish pH-stable and permeable vesicles for synthetic biology. Here, we report the fabrication of crosslinked and pH-stable polymersomes as swellable vesicles for the pH-dependent loading and release of small dye molecules. |
