摘    要:本文提出以成型滤纸片作为标样与试样的支撑材料,点滴法制备样片,用钒和镍的有机金属标准试剂配制标准样品,以透空照射法直接测定生油岩抽提物中的钒和镍,方法检出限较低,制样与测量精度好于5%。方法简单、快速和实用。

Abstract:in this paper, a method is described on the quantitative determination ofVanadium and Nickel in the extract of source rocks using formed filter paper method by Xray fluorescence spectrometry. Metal-organic compounds of Vanadium and Nickel were used to prepare standard samples, formed filter paper was adopted as support material of standardsamples and specimens, dripping method was was used to prepare sample pieces, and transmission method was used to reduce background scattering intensity and detection limit. The experimental results indicate that the precision is better than 5%, the standard recovery is in the range of 97-- 106%, and the method is simple, rapid and practical.
