两点电位滴定法及其应用

摘    要:提出了只需两组数据即可计算电位滴定计量点的电位滴定数据处理新方法-两点法,并在此理论基础上,提出了两点电位测定法。该法只需记录两次电极电位值和相应滴定剂体积,利用公式即可计算滴定化学计量点。详细讨论了各因素对方法准确度的影响,给出了衡量滴定进行程度的客观指标,为两点位置的选择提供了充分的理论依据。实验结果表明:该法操作方便,数据处理简单,精密度与准确度均较高,分析速度较经典电位滴定法有较大提高。

Two-point Potentiometric Titration and Its Application
Abstract:A data processing method for calculating the stoichiometric point of potentiometric titration was proposed. Based on the theory, the two-point potentiometric titration method was established. It only needs to record the electrode potentials at two points nearby the stoichiometric point and the corresponding volumes of the titrant, and the stoichiometric point can be calculated by the two-point equation. The various factors influencing the accuracy of the method were discussed in detail, and the objective index judging the level of titration was given, which provided theoretical basis for choosing the site of the two points. The experimental results showed that it was convenient to operate and handle the data with higher precision and accuracy, and the analytical speed of the method was greatly raised than that of the classcial potentiometric titration.
