| 摘 要： | MXA—300型采煤机在工作一定年限后，其液压系统的完好性、密封性、灵敏性、可靠性降低。由于以上原因造成采煤机调高系统内双锁阀关闭不严，使微量油液泄漏，导致机组在运行过程中摇臂出现下滑、自落现象，严重制约工作面正常生产。针对这种情况，王庄煤矿曾在6105工作面使用DSF型单项锁对MXA—300型采煤机的调高系统进行了改造，收到了良好效果，为工作面正常生产创造了有利条件。

| Abstract: | After a certain years of service, the integrity, sealing and dependability of MXA-300 mining machines are reduced, causing slack double-lock valves in the heightening system, leakage of micro-fluid and causing the rocker arm to glide and leave out in the course of operation, which hinders the normal production in the workface seriously. So, transformation of the heightening system of MXA-300 mining machines has been made by using DSFG one-way locks on the 6105 Workface of Wangzhuang Coal Mine, and a good result has been got for normal production. |
