火焰原子吸收法测定白英中的微量元素

摘    要:为分析白英药效与微量元素的关系,样品经微波消解,采用火焰原子吸收法测定了白英中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Ca的含量。结果表明,该法快速、简便、准确,6种元素的回收率为98.00%~103.60%,RSD为0.326%-1.216%。白英中Ca、Fe元素含量较高。

Abstract:To determine the content of six metal elements ( Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, Ca ) in Solatium lyratum Thunb, the sample was digested with microwave digestion system, and was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( FAAS) . The results show that the method is simple, rapid and accurate. The recovery is 98. 00%~103. 60% , RSD is 0. 326% ~1. 216% ; It concludes the content of Ca and Fe in Solanum lyratum Thunb is abundant.
