摘    要:为了解决非球面光学零件加工难的问题,提出了一种轨迹成型法加工非球面的新原理,并对新原理的理论、成型机理及机床原理结构进行了研究,在样机上验证了原理的正确性、可行性和实用性,分析了当前数控加工非球面光学零件技术的现状,说明了轨迹成型法加工非球面光学零件的意义和价值。

Abstract:For solving the difficulties of machining aspheric optical parts, a new principle of locus shaping method is put forward. Its' elements theory, shaping mechanism, machine tool's elementary structure are studied. An original machine tool is developed, and on which the correctness, feasibility and practicability of this theory are validated.The current status is analyzed about the numerical control method to process aspheric optical parts, thus the meaning and value of the former is illuminated.
