Abstract: | In Verlinde’s work, gravity is explained as an entropic force caused by changes in the information associated with the positions of material bodies. In this paper, we investigate the thermodynamic property of Reissner-Nordstrom black holes from the equipartition rule and holographic scenario. As a result, the first law of thermodynamics of the black holes is recovered. |
