| 摘 要： | 利用混合物的波谱除以干扰组分的波谱得比值波谱，对波长求导得比值导数波谱，由此可消除干扰组分的吸光度叠加效应。该法能有效地对三组分混合体系进行分析。利用此法对亮蓝、日落黄、胭脂及柠檬黄等色素所组成的二组分和三组分混合体系进行分析，取得满意效果。

| Abstract: | It is reported in this paper that by using the absorption spectrum of the interfering component as the denominator factor, the first derivative ratio spectra of the component mixture can be obtained, and the inter ference of one of the components can thus be eliminated. The above mentioned method is applied to the simultaneous determination of various components in a binary mixture and ternary mixture of food colorants of tetrazine, sunset yellow, ponceau 4R and brilliant blue FCF. The results obtained are satisfactory. |
