Abstract: | Sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence of positive periodic solutions of the following integrodifferential model of mutualism: ![></figure> where <em>r<sub>i</sub>, K<sub>i</sub></em>, α<sub><em>i</em></sub>, σ<sub><em>i</em></sub>, <em>i</em> = 1,2 are positive continuous ω-periodic functions, α<sub><em>i</em></sub> > <em>K<sub>i</sub></em>, <em>i</em> = 1, 2, <em>J<sub>i</sub></em> ϵ <em>C</em>(0, ∞], 0, ∞)), and ∫<sup>∞</sup><sub>0</sub> <em>J<sub>i</sub></em>(<em>s</em>) d<em>s</em> = 1, <em>i</em> = 1, 2.</td>
