| Abstract: | This work deals with the study of an operator splitting applied to approximate scalar conservation laws with source term by use of homogeneous laws. A convergence result towards the entropy weak solution is given. The reasoning is based on fine properties of BV ∩ L∞ functions and Kruskov techniques. |
