全自动轮胎RFID层合机控制系统设计

摘    要:为了提高轮胎企业生产效率,解决RFID轮胎标签手工封装中的不足,设计了一种基于伺服控制技术和PLC控制器的高速脉冲输出功能的全自动RFID轮胎标签层合机系统,并介绍了RFID轮胎标签封装的必要性以及层合机的设计工艺和结构。实际工业生产应用表明:采用本设计方案,运行效率高,节约了大量人力成本,有利于RFID轮胎的工业化生产。

Abstract:In order to improve the production efficiency of tire enterprise and solve the problems of encapsulating RFID tire label manually, an automatic RFID tire label laminator system was designed based on servo control technology and the function of high speed pulse outputting of PLC controller. The structure, the craft of laminator and the necessity of laminating RFID tire label were also introduced. The application of practical industrial production show that the system has higher efficiency and saves many human resources. ,which lays the foundation for the industrialized production of RFID tire.
