植物血球凝集素控制鲢碘泡虫(Myxobolus drjagini)的实验研究

摘    要:1986年6月~1988年2月,作者选择PHA作为增强白鲢鱼苗免疫机能的基本浸泡药剂,对控制鲢碘泡虫进行了实验研究.结果显示,在PHA中加入白鲢疯狂病鱼的脑浸液疫苗和山茛菪碱浸泡鱼苗,未见比单纯的PHA有更好的抑制效果.实验证明,用5ppm的PHA液浸泡6小时是较佳的处理组合,该组合与对照有极显著的差异,不仅能明显减少营养体的数量,而且能有效地阻止孢子的形成,故具有免疫刺激的治疗价值.作者改进了鲢碘泡虫的采样和计数的方法,克服了以往存在的缺点.对于阻止孢子形成的机理,亦作了初步探讨.

Abstract:In order to control the twist disease of silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix), PHA has been selected as the basic drug to strengthen the immunological function of the fry and a series of tests have been carried out. The result of the experiment shows: in respect to restraining trophozoites of Myxobolus drjagini, it does not find better result than single PHA-soak, by puting the vaccine of the maceration extract of the brain-diseased silver carp and anisodamine into PHA-soak. It shows a very significant difference of restraining M. drjagini as compared that without PHA-soak when the fry of silver carp is soaked by 5ppm PHA for 6 hours, which not only decreases evidently in the quantity of trophozoites, but also prevents effectively trophozoites from forming spores. This soak method has a certain immunological curative effect and can be used in fishery.An improved method for collecting M. drjagini and counting the number of its trophozoites and spores is used. The principle to prevent the forming of spores of M. drjagini is discussed.
