| 摘 要： | 为获得接近衍射极限发散角的铜激光，设计了共焦及平凹二种自滤波非稳定腔并研究了它们的输出特性，分别获得了发散角为２．５倍及１．４倍衍射极限的铜激光。

| Abstract: | In order to obtain output laser of near diffraction limit divergence, output properties of a modified confocal and a plane-concave self-filtering unstable resonator have been investigsted. The copper vapor lasers with 2. 5 times and 1. 4 times diffraction limit divergence thereby were achieved respectively. |
