Abstract:The determination of phospholipids from the soybean lecithin injection by ~(31)P NMR and TLC photodensitometric scanning was described. The quantitative determination results were identical on the whole between~(31)P NMR and TLC scanning at 700 nm after sprayed the molybdenum blue reagent. These two methods can be used for the determination of phospholipids in other various biological samples. Furthermore, in comparison with other methods of the determination of phosphclipids, ~(31)P NMR method is more fast, sensitive and accurate.
