| Abstract: | Vegetable oils havo been analyzed by thin-layer chromatography(TLC)-fluorometry and compositions of vegetable oils have been separated by TLC.The relationship between fluorescent intensity and concentration was examined.Both the spreading and coloured conditions in TLC was tested as well.The fluorescent materials in vegetable oils have been defined by measuring the properties of the chromatographic points. |
