摘    要:以围护结构的耗热量指标、传热系数限值和门窗空气渗透耗热量为重点,对严寒地区居住建筑实施节能65%进行了分析,提出围护结构各部分的传热系数限值.对围护结构如何实现节能65%的要求,从围护结构构造和技术角度进行了讨论;并阐述降低门窗部位的空气渗透耗热量是下一步节能的关键.

Abstract:This thesis takes rounding to the index of heat loss of building envelope,limit value of heat transfer coefficient and the door and window heat loss of the air permeates as main points.The analysis is carried out on residential buildings implement energy efficiency 65% in the extremely cold region.The thesis puts forward the limit value of overall heat transfer coefficient of each part of building envelope.It aims at how to carry out energy efficiency 65%,which discusses the structure and the technique of building envelope.The author elaborates that lowering the heat loss of air permeates of the door and window is the key to the next stage of energy efficiency.
