| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了OC门上拉电阻的计算，指出传统的电阻最大值计算公式是有片面性的.在此基础上，本文进卜一步从理论和实验两方面讨论了缺省上拉电阻的OC门的工作特性.结果表明:缺省上拉电阻的OC门有正常的静态特性，而在动态工作中对工作速度有一些影响.

| Abstract: | By discussing the calculation of pull-up resistor for the open-collector gates,this paper discovers that the traditional calculation for minimum value of the resistor is one-sided,Based on theoritical analysis and experiments,the characteristics of the OC gates without pull-up resistor are investigated.It is shown that the OC gates without the pull-up resistor have normal static characteristics,but its speed in dynamic operation is slowed down. |
