| Abstract: | The group carbohydrate composition of the bulbs ofAllium coeruleum Pall. have been studied. The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the glucofructans, pectin substances, and hemicelluloses isolated have been determined and their physicochemical characteristics are reported.
