战术网络信息系统中自主定位与时间同步技术探究

针对多平台一体化联合作战对高精度时空统一信息的需求，本文介绍了外军基于战术网络信息系统的导航定位与时间同步技术的发展现状，设计了一种基于战术网络信息系统的导航定位与时间同步的系统架构，提出了双格网组合导航的技术体制，并梳理了涉及的关键技术， 使得导航定位和时间同步功能一方面可不依赖地面固定站或卫导实现多平台高精度相对定位，同时具备对网内存在的绝对位置信息的高效利用，可有效增强系统对复杂战场环境的适应性。

Research on Navigation Positioning and Time-Synchronization Technology Based on Tactical Network Information System

In this paper, the modern development of navigation positioning and time-synchronization technology base on tactical information network are introduced, aiming at requirements for high precision space-time synchronization information of multiple-platform joint operations in modern war, the system architecture of navigation positioning and time-synchronization based on tactical information network are designed, a dual-gird Integrated navigation technical system are proposed, and key technologies are analyzed. Thus, the navigation positioning and time-synchronization function could independent from ground benchmark or satellite navigation system, while offering a high efficient use of the absolute position existed in the network, which enhanced the adaptability for complex battlefield.
