摘    要:提升机设备是煤矿生产的咽喉设备,为了安全、可靠、高效率地运行,必须对其运行状态及可能发生的故障点运行严格的监视和控制。本文针对直流提升机,设计了一种二级微机监控诊断系统,从机由MCS—51单片机系统组成,完成直流提升机运行的监视和保护,主机是一台PC机,完成故障诊断,故障显示及故障管理等功能。该系统不仅对直流提升机起到了安全保护作用,而且为故障维修和故障分析提供了方便。

Abstract:D. C winder is the strategic equipment in mine production. In order to operate safely, reliable and efficient, theoperation states and faults possible happened of D. C winder must be watched and controlled strictly. This paperdisigned a monitoring diagnosing two--level microcomputer. The servent consist of MCS--51 realized monitoring andsafeguarding. The master consist of IBM PC realized diagnosing, displaying and managing of faults. This system notonly played the role of safeguarding, but also provided convenience for maintaining and fault analysing.
