| 摘 要： | 双侧性迁移广泛存在于技能、技术的学习过程中,对于篮球等需双侧肢体同时熟练掌握技术动作的运动项目,利用双侧性迁移规律研究表明篮球的教学和训练中,在两侧肢体参与练习的先后顺序方面应以弱手先参与练习为宜,强弱手参与练习的时间分配比例为弱手练习时间多,强手练习时间少。

| Abstract: | Bilateral transter extensively exists in the process of laskettlal! technique and shill learning. The rescdt of this seseaich shows that weak-hand should be put o use lefore stong-hand and wead - hand should le practised much longer than strong - hand in order to get more transfer in terms of practising order and time in lasketall teaaching and training. |
