摘    要:在负压发生器中用1%NaBH_4将Te(Ⅳ)还原成碲化氢后,再加入2mL氧气,用真空泵将氧与碲化氢的混合物吸进电热真空石英管中,同时测定原子吸收光谱。加入的氧与硼氢化钠分解产生的氢反应生成水分子,消除了氢对碲的干扰。

Abstract:A new method for the determination of tellurium at sub-microgram levels by vacuum flameless atomic absorption spectrometry is described. Tellurium hydride is generated and collected under subatmospheric pressure. The hydride is then put into a vacuum quartz tube with a vacuum pump. It was found that the sensitivity of determining tellurium was increased by adding a small amount of oxygen or air to the hydride generator after the formation of the hydride. The detection limit (based on three times the standard deviation of twenty blank measurements) was 0.026ng. Ten replicate determinations of 2.ong Te gave a relative standard deviation of 3.9%.
