| Abstract: | We used RT-PCR method to obtain MT-1 cDNA from Mouse Balb/C liver. And we have cloned the MT-1 cDNA fragment into the BamH1/EcoR1 of pUC19 and finished the sequencing of the fragment. We found that it corresponded to the sequence given by the reference. |
