Raman Spectroscopy Study on Ce:BaTiO 3 and Mn + Ion Implante Ce:BaTiO 3 |

| Abstract: | Abstract Polarized Raman spectra of a single domain Ce:BaTiO 3 and Mn + ion implanted Ce:BaTiO 3 crystals were measured from room temperature to 180℃. Based on the temperature dependence of Raman spectra of these crystals, their phase transition temperature is respectively determined. The results indicate that Ce atoms and Mn + ion implanted have a little effect on the structure of BaTiO 3. |
