摘    要:在建立中药材粉末红外指纹图谱库的基础上,首次采用阵列相关系数比对法对药材进行了快速鉴别研究。结果表明,高相关系数阈值的设置能快速鉴别各种中药材,可达到一一鉴别的目的;低相关系数阈值的设置能快速对呀经材进行相似性分类识别,可达到主体化学成分相似药材的快速聚类(如淀粉类或挥发油类药材);特定波段相关系数的比较,可为特殊鉴别提供参考依据(如鉴别不同炮制法的同种药材)。将红外指纹图谱库与阵列相关系数比对法结合起来,对药材的鉴别具有快速、简便、准确等特点。

Abstract:Based on the fingerprint infrared spectrum database of the traditional Chinese Medicine, array of correlation coefficient was first used to identify traditional Chinese medicine rapidly. The result showed that the setting of high correlation coefficient threshold could differentiate many kinds of Chinese herbs rapidly and could discriminate them one by one. The setting of low correlation coefficient threshold could classify the comparability of Chinese herbs to achieve quick clustering of Chinese herbs with similar principal chemical components (such as Chinese herbs containing starch or naphtha). Comparison of correlation coefficient at special band could afford reference for especial discrimination (such as discrimination of the same species of herbs obtained with different processing method). The method is rapid,simple and accurate to discriminate chinese herbs,when the FTIR spectrum data combine with array of correlation coefficient.
