| 摘 要： | 报告了鹰谭市36种地方产冷饮食品中微微量元素铅、砷，铜的监测结果。冷饮食品大多含酸量较高，易造成有害金属铅、铜及非金属砷的污染，危害健康。监测结果显示，在这些冷饮中检出了铅、砷、铜。但都符合国家GB2759冷饮食品卫生标准，且远低于所规定的上限标准，表明质量控制很有成效。

| Abstract: | This is to report the monitoring result of trace elements Ph. As. Cu in 36 kinds of local cold drink products ill Yintan City' Most cold drink has high acid content which is a causative factor of pollution of Ph. Cu. As. and harmful to public health. The result showed that the elements Ph, As, Cu in the cold drink are up to the GB 2759 Cold Drink Hygienical Standard and far below the upper limit. The result indicates all effective quality control |
