泰伯效应光学照明阵列

摘    要:目的在于求解二维位相光栅泰伯效应产生的二维照明阵列.先用一种解析方法获得了一维照明阵列之解,然后提出一种二维位相光栅的基本结构.利用一维阵列的结果,求得了六类二维阵列,发现一维阵列的一些无用的中间结果,对形成二维阵列十分必要.这六类二维阵列构成三个共轭对,各自满足光栅衍射的共轭条件,从而验证了解的正确性.每一类阵列又形成一阵列系列,表现出较一维阵列丰富得多的结果,给人们设计二维照明阵列更大的选择自由.

Abstract:The purpose of the paper is to seek for solutions to the two dimensional Talbot effect optical array illumlnator (AIL). We first obtain solutions to the iD AIL,and ba3ed on the 2D grating proposed in the text,we then proceed to deal with the 2D AIL,and find out six 2D AILs in an analytic way,In which the results of the iD AIL are utilized. It is noted that some of the intermediate results that are obviously useless in the iD case turn out to be indispensable for the 2D AILs. The six AILs are then shown to be grouped into three conjugate pairs, each of which f.llfills the conjugate requirement of the diffraction of gratings,hence further confirming the correotness of the acquired AILs. It is also noted that each of the AILs represents a series of All-s with properly assigned structure parameters,and that the complexity of the 2D All-s gives us more flexibilities in designing the 2D AILs.
