| Abstract: | The present state and cause of ecological weakness in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river is analyzed in this paper. The position and function of development and building of cities in building ecological protective screen of the upper reaches of the Yangtze river has also been discussed. The relationship between the two factors is briefly explained. |
