Abstract: | Rod-like CuInS2 nanocrystals on the glass substrate were prepared by annealing the coat of CuInS2 nanoparticles. The products were characterized by means of energy dispersive analysis of x-ray (EDAX), x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results of XRD and EDAX show that the rod-like CuInS2 nanocrystals obtained are of a chalcopyrite structure and are nearly stoichiometric. The aggregation mechanism of “oriented attachment” of nanocrystals is believed to be operative and compatible in this study. |
