| 摘 要： | 本文用流变和惰性气体保护的工艺方法制取铸造铝－二硫化钼复合材料，并研究了 该材料的组织和性能（机械性能、减磨性能及减震性能），结果表明，该材料具有良好的 自润滑性能和减震性能，在二硫化钼含量４％时，其强度均比铅基和锡基合金的高， 是良好的自润滑轴承材料。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the methods for producing Al-MoS_2 composite by rheo- casting with protection of inert gases.The structure and characteristics of the ma- terial are discussed and analyzed. Tests show that this composite has very good damping capacity and lower coefficient friction. It is a kind of new bearing material. |
