| 摘 要： | 根据引进产品P＆H2300XP挖掘机的现场实测数据,对其铲斗进行了大量的数据分析研究。在分析过程中,合理确定铲斗边界约束及斗齿处计算载荷是铲斗计算分析的难点。文章运用力的线性叠加原理成功地解决了这一问题,分析了铲斗各部分的结构性能,并讨论了载荷对铲斗分析的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the measured value of P&H 2300 XP excavator, this paper analyzed great deal of the data of bucket and resolved the restrain of bucket boundary and the calculation load at the tooth by using the principle of linear superposition of the force. The paper analyzes constructional property of every part of bucket with machanical method and disscusses influence of calculating analytical load on bucket analysis. |
