余甘子果核油组分性质及介电精制研究

摘    要:成分分析和理化性能检测表明,余甘子加工产业多余的余甘子果核提取的油料具有向生物航空燃料等高品质油料转变的潜力.运用介电精制方法对余甘子果核油进行精制,其中介电质为微米级纯钛酸钡陶瓷颗粒,其介电常数εp=14000F·m^-1,分离电压为7000V,装置内油料流速为60mL·min^-1.该工艺参数下,油料精制后的主要杂质硫醇的脱除率可达97%以上,环烷酸的脱除率可达65.5%以上.同时该方法由于不使用化学添加剂,工艺简单,易于控制,是一种环保的精制工艺.该精制工艺为余甘子果核油向生物航空燃料等高品质油的转化提供了关键技术支持,同时也拓宽了高介电常数材料的应用领域.

Abstract:The analysis of constituent and physicochemical characteristics indicates that the oil extracted from the kernel of the phyllanthus emblica has the potential to be transformed to high - quality oil, for example biological aircraft fuel A set of dielectrical - refined machines is optimized to purify the oil extracted from the kernel of the phyllanthus emblica. The oil extracted from the kernel of the phyllanthus emblica is refined by dielectric refinement by BaTiO3 as the dielectric, and the parameters were set as dielectrical constant εp = 14 000 F · m^-1 , the separation voltage U = 7 000 V, the velocity v = 60 mL · min^-1. The impurities of the oil decreased dramatically, with mercaptan to be purified to 97% and naphthenic acid to more than 65.5%. Due to its simplicity, controllability and no chemical substances usage, this manufacture procedure is environment friendly refinement process, which provides key technology to translating the Kernel of the Phyllanthus Emblica to the biological aircraft oil and other high-quality oils. Besides, this process broadens the new application of materials of high dielectric constant.
