新型杂环Schiff碱的合成及晶体结构

摘    要:以5-硝基-2-呋喃甲醛和4-氨基安替比林为原料,合成了一种新的Schiff碱;利用红外光谱、元素分析及X射线单晶衍射表征了其结构,并初步分析了其紫外吸收性能.结果表明,标题化合物属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数a=0.70411(6)nm,b=0.77804(9)nm,c=2.7858(2)nm,β=92.0800(10)°,V=1.5251(3)nm3,Dc=1.421g/cm3,Z=4,R=0.0677.

Abstract:A novel heterocyclic Schiff base was synthesized using 5-nitro-2-furaldehyde and 4-aminoantipyrine as the starting materials.The product was characterized by means of infrared spectrometry,elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis;and its ultraviolet absorption behavior was primarily evaluated.Results show that the title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system of space group P21/n,with unit cell parameters of a = 0.704 11(6) nm,b = 0.778 04(9) nm,c = 2.785 8(2) nm,β = 92.080 0(10)°,V = 1.525 1(3) nm3,Dc = 1.421 g/cm^3,Z = 4 and R = 0.067 7.
