Discussion on Calibration Method of Fluorescence Quenching Method Dissolved Oxygen Meter

The principle of fluorescence quenching method dissolved oxygen meter was introduced. The metrology performance and calibration method for measurement were discussed. Calibration items and technical specifications of the instrument were determined which included zero-point tolerance （≤0.10 mg/L）,mass concentration indication error （＆#177;0.50 mg/L）,repeatability （≤0.20 mg/L） and response time （≤60 s）. The method was used to calibrate some dissolved oxygen meters and it is proved that the method is reasonable.
