Abstract:OPtical associative memory are demonstrated based on double phase conjugation using a fiber-like single Bi12TiO20 crystal mutually pumped by two separate He-Ne lasers.Complex images can be stored and heteroassoclatively retrieved. The experiment demonstrates that fiber-like photorefractive single crystals are promising for the applications of parallel optical neural computing.
