| 摘 要： | 根据国内外对荧光诊断技术的发展趋势,采用光累积型高灵敏度微光CCD摄像机,考察奶牛血液经不同波长的光激发后所产生的诱发荧光及变化情况,初步结果表明,不同波长的激发光对血液荧光有一定的影响.

| Abstract: | In this research,the cow blood fluorescence induced by different wave-light was investigated.And the light-accumulated and high-sensitivity weak-light CCD camera was used.The preliminary results showed that the different excited light had the different effects on flood fluorescence. |
