Two-step dynamical picture and generalized thermodynamical model for multi-particle production processes

A general non-equilibrium formulation of quantum statistical mechanics allows for statistical as well as for dynamical features of a system. From our two-step dynamical model formulated in this frame we then discuss the diffractive production of a leading particle and secondaries deriving from the “evaporation” of a simultaneously produced fireball.
