| 摘 要： | 为了解决当前市场上房产管理系统数据不直观、图形数据和属性数据孤立：测绘数据利用不充分等不足，提出基于GIS技术的房产管理系统解决方案，然后以该方案为基础，运用GIS，Web Service等技术设计并编码实现了某市数字房产综合管理系统。这里阐述了该系统的设计要点，以及实现过程中涉及的关键技术、开发难点，最后总鲒了该系统跟传统房产系统相比的优越性，证明了将GIS技术引入数字房产的先进性和必要性。

| Abstract: | In view of insufficiencies of the real estate management system in current market such as data is not directviewing,graphic data and attribute data are isolated,survey data is not sufficient used,solutions based on the GIS technology for a real estate management system are proposed. Digital real estate integrated management system of some city based on these solutions and GIS, Web Service is realized. This system＇ s design point, as well as the key technology and difficulties which are involved in development process. The system＇s advantages are compared with the traditional real estate systeml It proves necessity of introducing GIS technology tO digital real estate. |
